I am a Canadian born, American Resident, married to my wife Erin, with 2 daughters, Juliana (6) and Grace (3) and a Golden Retriever Georgia. We reside outside Milwaukee, WI.
I am a Project Manager for a large commercial Construction Manager.
Former Smoker and Drinker I truly love endurance sports. They are how I express myself and a great way to connect with the world. And I feel so lucky to have my health, and my family.
My mission in part, is to share with my daughters (and others) what I've learned in and out of sport and to exhibit a path of success through mental health, recovery and sport.
