I am an IT professional and triathlon enthusiast that is working on a healthy lifestyle one mile at a time. Many years ago, I used to live an unhealthy lifestyle and knew that I had to make a change, so I decided to take up cycling as my primary form of exercise since it was easy on the joints. As my fitness increased, I started swimming and before you know it I was able to run pain-free. Through this transformation back to good health, I've gained a new respect for the human body and find joy in helping others that are along their journey to better health as well.
