I am a high school teacher of physical education and career development. I am an avid health nut but use cycling as my primary form of fitness. In spring and summer I race all over Atlantic Canada and train with a great group of friends year round. In the winter I currently race online with team ODZ on zwift and always try to increase fitness for outdoor race season. I am outgoing and love spreading the message of health and would be happy to spread the word about stages and already have to an extent when people ask me what power meter to buy!
