I am a 69 year old competitive level cyclist with decades of experience. I am a Cycling BC certified Club Head Coach and Cycling Canada trained Performance Coach.
I am committed to older cyclists continuing with their passion and believe that with the proper training and equipment older riders can be formidable on and off the bike.
