I am working as a kinesiologist with a master degree in biomechanic as part of a rehab center. I started a cycling program with the school in my area which i coach since 2013. I have been racing bikes since early 2000’s. I begun racing cross country then in 2010 i got a torn miniscus from a fall that got me switching to road cycling. I race cat 1 in canada and got some opportunities to do uci projecta such as vuelta cyclista independencia nacional de republica Dominicana twice. I started using power to train in 2011 using an home trainer in the winter then in 2014 I got my hands on a Stage powermeter which i have been using ever since. I stopped racing road in 2015 and started back to my roots with enduro and xco in 2017. This brings us to now. I had a severe crash breaking 3 vertebraes and my collarbone back in june and took the summer rehab. I am looking forward getting back to top form and racing xcm and enduro at provincial and national level for 2020. Having a good powermeter is essential as well as a goos cycling computer. The dash unit is what I was after! So to sum everything up, I am using power at work with the rehab center and working on using it more with a new protocol. I am coaching mountain to the kids in my region and I will be back racing for 2020 after a hard season on the side. For 2020 Norco will be giving me a hand for bikes and some other sponsor will take care of the event registration. I will also be part of a trail building team so we can have awesome trails around! Having a powermeter ambassadorship would help a lot getting these numbera higher!
