I'm a mother of four beautiful children and work full time as a physician assistant. I have a love of the outdoors and in particular running and cycling. When time allows I enter some 5-10K runs and an XTERRA or two. Last year I had the pleasure of competing at the XTERRA US Champs in Utah and won my age group. This allowed me to qualify for the World Champs on Maui and place 2nd there. It was an amazing experience being there with my family and representing my country! I didn't get to race as much this year with a recent move, but hope to get back on the horse next year. My husband Dave, who was on Team Stages this year, has helped me realize the benefit of training and racing with power, so I'm looking forward to that for 2020. Any help with efficiency and objectivity with training is a huge plus when you're a busy mom! Joining Team Stages would be amazing in that it's always rewarding and inspiring to be a part of a bigger team picture and mission as well!
