Active duty Army Warrant Officer with 24 years of service. I've ridden a bicycle since i was 5 years old. Competitive Category 4 criterium racer and USA Cycling Race Director. Love to help fellow cyclists improve performance and "fun factor" while riding bikes. Participant in numerous group, social, and online rides. Married for 21 years and we have three dogs, Luca, Enzo, and Tucker.
