I am a middle-aged dad who started biking two years ago to feel young again and it has worked. I have since competed in two full Ironman races (Chatt DNF Injury) and IMFL which was my first Full. I have also done numerous centuries, gravel races, sprint tris, etc. I don't do a lot on social media but I am open to doing more.
