I am a professional mountain bike racer and competed in the entire UCI MTB World Cup Series in 2019. In 2020 with COVID cancelling the majority of the races, my husband and I decided add a little one to our family. In December of 2020 our little girl was born. I have not raced as much as I would have liked to in 2021 with travel restrictions and a newborn baby, but have been training consistently with my focus on 2022. In 2022 I plan to compete in several of the UCI MTB World Cup races if not all of them, along with tackling a stage race or 2. I want to show the world that it is possible to have both a family and a successful racing career. There are so many women who do not think it is possible to have both. I want to be the inspiration that shows them that it can be done.
