I am an avid cyclist, mostly endurance -- centuries, etc. I have raced the Silver State 508 endurance event in 2018, 2019 as part of an all women relay. I have also completed the RSVP (Ride from Seatlle to Vancouver and Party -- >200 miles over two days), Death Ride in the CA Sierras (129 miles, > 15K feet climbing) all in my 50s. I had back surgery in 2020 and recently purchased the stages L/R power meter to quantify my imbalances as part of my rehab process. I am currently training for a Century ride in 2022. I am also a competitive master's rower and row as part of the Los Gatos Rowing Club, and have completed in numerous regattas in 4+/8+ sweep boats as well as 1x/2x/4x sculls.
