Hello! I am located in Elkhorn, Nebraska. In the past I have raced as Professional Triathlete but recently took up gravel racing and have been putting a lot of my time and energy into cycling. I have my own coaching business called Crush 3 Racing. I coach triathletes, cyclists, and ultra marathoners. I currently coach 17 athletes in the Midwest region. This year I had 7 go to 70.3 Worlds and have one slatted to go to Kona next year! I'm also the Masters Swim Coach for Lifetime Fitness in Omaha. I spend a lot of time free time with my two Brittany spaniel rescue pups, Pedal and Rookie. They're my loves!
