I am an avid biker who got into triathlon just prior to covid. The bike is my favorite part of the sport. When I am not training, I work in healthcare. My job is challenging and stressful. My time working out and being in nature is what gives me the energy I need to be my best at my job. I am ready to embrace 2023 for all of the exciting races! I am ready to hit the gravel in 2023!!!!
