I am 36 years old, living and working in Regina, SK with my wife, 2 children, and 2 dogs. I work at an office job, after transitioning from working as a Paramedic for over 10 years. I used to be heavily involved in triathlon, completing Calgary 70.3, and Challenge Penticton. After our kids were born, I transitioned to primarily riding road, but also XC mountain bike, and gravel cycling. I am a proud member of HPL Cycling, a local team of like-minded cyclist in my age bracket.
